Move your Stayaway licence to another computer

Stayaway Pro covers 3 computers at once. To move it, sign in at stayaway.app, open your account page, and deactivate the computer you no longer use. Then sign in to Stayaway on the new computer with the same email address.

Free a slot

  1. Sign in at stayaway.app with the email address you bought with.
  2. Open your account page. It lists every computer using a slot.
  3. Press Deactivate next to the one you no longer use. It is signed out of Stayaway and stops counting against your plan.
  4. Sign in to Stayaway on the new computer with the same email address.

If it still says Free

Check you signed in with the address the purchase was made with. If you did, click Repair licence at the top of the Stayaway window; it asks our server for your licence again. The app then works offline, checking the licence on your own computer.
